Hiking in the City

Spreading the “Good News” through action, individuals walk the streets of the Grand Rapids Heartside area carrying backpacks filled with drinks, snacks, and sundry items needed by the homeless. Our current schedule is the third Sunday of the month for two hours in the afternoon. Volunteers meet at church and carpool downtown. As Church, the volunteers will interact as they listen to many cares, concerns, and life stories.
